Rework of the right side data knob and base

This was a fast and rough rework to get the data knob on the right side where the character should click to change the screen. My aim with this was to get the knob moving first, then clicking into place like it had a physical connection it was making. The second goal was to get the square button behind it to move up and down - my plan for that is for this button to be an on/off switch for the LED. I modified the square button to have a coil spring to achieve the movement. This isn't a perfect alteration to the files, as seen in the knob and body having details missing or remaining where they shouldn't be. After printing and testing, I'll attempt to add more details to it; that being said, the current defects are just a few millimeters big and needle files could likely fix them.
