In certain cases, we need to wind a filament, cable, rope, optical fiber from reel to reel. I prepared 2 cones with which we fix the reel. We use a threaded rod (M6) as an axis. Clamp the threaded rod to the cordless drill and rewind the material. To keep the reels from slipping, I glued rubber bands.
