Revolution Expansion Module (REV) Cable Holder

FTC robotics engineers encounter numerous issues with cables that connect sensors, batteries, servo motors, DC motors, and other components. These various elements can shift or vibrate, putting excessive stress on connectors attached to the REV module. To address this problem, our team created a simple cable strain relief part designed to sit atop the REV module, which can even be screwed securely into it. Once in place, cables are easily plugged into the REV module and then secured using zip ties to the cable strain holder. This solution effectively eliminates the risk of cables detaching or straining REV module connections. This innovative cable management system is a substantial addition to FTC robotics projects.
