Revo Six Nozzle Holder Remix

I liked the holder from the original, but don't need screw tabs on the sides. Also added one with the word Coarse to tell the difference between brass nozzles used on coarse material (copper, wood, glow in the dark) vs non-coarse material. This is until E3D comes out with their hardened revo six nozzles. Print with text side up. Color change at layer 102 to print the text in a different color via filament change (or MMU if you have it).
