A frame-mounted Revo Nozzle holder for Prusa i3 Series printers using E3D's Revo Six HotEnd. Compatible with Prusa's MMU2S — the holder nestles underneath the MMU, leaving space on the frame on either side of the MMU open for additional accessories!Holds up to four Revo Nozzles with labels for nozzle sizes 0.25mm, 0.4mm, 0.6mm, and 0.8mm.There are two variations of the nozzle holder: a one-piece holder which requires supports to print, but no additional hardware, and a multi-part holder that does not require support to print, but does require some additional hardware for assembly. Both variations have an MMU model and a non-MMU model. The provided MMU model .gcode files are setup to match the nozzle label text color with the respective nozzle sock color. The non-MMU models have debossed nozzle labels. Print Recommendations — One-piece Revo Nozzle Holder:PETG is recommended.0.4mm nozzle recommended for better nozzle label resolution.0.2mm layer height.1mm top/bottom thickness.15% cubic infill; substitute cubic with your favorite infill pattern if you wish.Print face down (nozzle labels/text facing the print bed).Support for enforcers only.Support is only necessary on the outer half of the legs (necessary for the feet, otherwise it would print without support). Print Recommendations — Multi-part Revo Nozzle Holder:PETG is recommended.0.4mm nozzle recommended for better nozzle label resolution.0.2mm layer height.1mm top/bottom thickness.15% cubic infill; substitute cubic with your favorite infill pattern if you wish.Print body face down (nozzle labels/text facing the print bed).Print legs on their sides as pictured.   Hardware Required — Multi-part Revo Nozzle Holder:  2x M3x10mm machine screw (blue).2x M3 square nut (yellow).     Provided .gcode Files MMU Extruder / Color Order:For the example depicted in the photos, I used the following filament colors (all Prusament PETG): Prusa Orange, Mango Yellow, Lipstick Red, Ultramarine Blue, and Jungle Green. Extruder 1: Body (Prusa Orange)Extruder 2: “0.25” text (Mango Yellow)Extruder 3: “0.40” text (Lipstick Red)Extruder 4: “0.60” text (Ultramarine Blue)Extruder 5: “0.80” text (Jungle Green)   Assembly — One-piece Revo Nozzle Holder:Remove from print bed.Remove supports and clean up support-contact surfaces on the holder.Step back and admire your beautiful creation! Assembly — Multi-part Revo Nozzle Holder:Make sure you have all the necessary pieces; 1x holder body, 2x holder legs, 2x M3x10mm screws, & 2x M3 square nuts.Insert the square nuts into the nut pockets on the holder body.Make sure the nuts are fully seated in the nut pockets.Insert one M3x10mm screw in each holder leg.Insert a leg-screw combo into one of the holes on the holder body. Align the square nub on the leg with the recess on the body, then tighten the M3x10mm screw. Repeat this process for the other leg.Bask in the beauty of those blemish-free holder legs! Installing the Revo Nozzle Holder on Your i3 Series Frame:Rest the “chin” of the holder on the top of your i3 printer frame and then apply pressure to the lower portion of the backs of the legs. The holder will pop into place on the frame. The fit is snug, so don't be afraid to use a little force… Just don't go Hulk-smashing it on there — you might bend your frame!If you find you are having difficulty getting the holder to pop onto your frame, check the little nubs on the legs and the “chin” area of the holder to make sure there aren't any stray filament strands blocking the area, causing excess resistance when trying to pop it on the frame.If you're not running the MMU2S, the holder can be clipped onto any clear area on the upper frame of your i3 printer. Once on the frame, the holder position can be easily adjusted by sliding it left or right along the frame.The Revo Nozzle Holder design is based on the frame-holder portion of the MMU2S, so the holder will fit perfectly underneath the MMU2S, minimizing the footprint on the upper frame of your i3 printer; room for more accessories!
