Revo Nozzle Holder

Revo Nozzle Holder

My design for a modular E3D Revo nozzle holder.

I wanted something that fitted to my printer (PrusaMK3s), wasn't too large, could take at least 3 nozzles and looked a bit funky.

Each clip will hold one Revo nozzle, and a short and a long clip pair will tile together. You can expand to include a home for as many or as few nozzles as you have.

There are three files;

A pair of clips - long and short

A pair of clips - with attachment for a separate coloured hex insert

and a separate hex top insert

There are .stl and .3mf versions of each.

The nozzles themselves are modeled up here: https://www.printables.com/model/293971-e3d-revo-nozzles

The ‘back’ holders are 2mm taller than the front ones to give a staggered appearance, and the 2-part versions are each 1mm taller than their single-body counterparts. They are all interchangeable and will all tessellate together fine.

You will need to arrange the files for printing, but that should be pretty straight forward. I would suggest printing in pairs though. Everything prints fine without supports, and I did mine on a 0.2 layer height.

If you are doing the two colour variant, use a few drops of superglue to fix the hex insert in.

It would be cool to colour-match the hexagons to the Nozzle socks, but I didn't have yellow or green. Prusa orange looked the part for me though!
