Family objects are created using Revit 2014 Family editor. All elements are modelled from scratch, no imported 3D objects used. 2D and 3D models are designed as separate files. This family file can be opened in Revit 2014 and the latest version before the update. The family file has been checked for compatibility in Revit 2017, 2018, and 2020 versions. The 3D family file includes instance material parameters. The furniture category and chair subcategory are set correctly. No dimension parameters are included, but you can add dimensions and use reference planes to make it parametric. The 2D file has visibility settings for plans and elevations. This chair will soon be modelled in 3ds max.
