Revised X-wing Car

Revised X-wing Car

My nephew's original X-wing car broke within a day, so I modified the SCAD file by: 1. Shrinking the wheel holes to prevent breaking. 2. Tidying up the code for better readability and comprehension. 3. Flipping the wings to match the correct orientation. 4. Splitting the model into two parts with a joining piece for easier printing. 5. Creating SCAD files for custom guns, engines, wheels, and R2D2. Now I present my improved X-wing car: 1. Print the main STL file, optionally separating the joint block for different coloring. 2. Drill axle and gun holes to 3mm for a better fit. 3. Print accessories in contrasting colors, like glow-in-the-dark PLA. 4. Use 3mm PLA as axles for the wheels. 5. Assemble the pieces, ensuring longer guns are at the top to avoid blocking with an axle. 6. Glue the pieces together using superglue (optional for stability). 7. Give the X-wing car to my nephew and enjoy watching him play – and hopefully not break it too quickly this time!
