Here I go again making changes: I've also included a modified version of the Grbl Shield Controller Enclosure created by brooksware2000 and found on Thingiverse as thing number 224356. Additionally, I have provided joined versions for those who can print objects with dimensions at least 160x160mm. I remade this model in Designspark Mechanical, which is a fantastic and easy-to-learn CAD program that's also completely free. You'll find the dxf files included. This X Carve cover was designed to fit over the Shapeoko 2 found on Thingiverse as thing number 634113. It's specifically set up for use with the Grbl Shield Controller Enclosure created by brooksware2000 and available on Thingiverse as thing number 224356. No modifications are necessary to your X Carve, as this cover attaches using existing holes that aren't being used. It can be printed on any printer that has a build area of at least 6x9x6 inches (150x230x150mm). I welcome any thoughts or ideas you might have.
