2023 revised little hand design, still experimental, test and tell on handy discord please. Hand bit based on previous i love you hand sign but now more basic hand up or hold signal, maybe it could be interpreted as a high five too. Cup bit remix of new handy hands-free holder (just liked the look of the lip for the slider) and my previous tulip cup bit but shorter around the sides and top (like a summer haircut trim) to reduce print cost and time. Work in progress....print with care More revisions still to come like a hinged palm version, all in good time. For anyone new to how to use it - Get a quick release tactical belt, the type police use, 2"/50mm wide, add the printed handy holder hand, by threading through the finger slots, then wrap the belt with plush car seat belt covers for comfort. As for the handy inside the holder, it should fit snugly inside without the need for anything further...however, as this is still a test print, may crack on insertion. if this is the case for you, print the loose version. if it is too loose, wrap the bottom of the handy with a paper tower or handkerchief then pop it in and it should wedge nicely inside. Lastly, for extra hold of the handy to the holder, use a trilancer (2"/50mm wide) cinch strap - through the thumb slot, around and over the handy, to secure them tightly together as well as helping to holding the power port in. Best of luck with prints and "testing" have lots of fun :-) 03.07.23 - Update, a revised head and shoulders version has been added. This is for use with a standard belt rather than the tactical belt. You can also use a belt brace if you wish to for more vertical stability but I think it won't be needed. Worth experimenting with.
