Revised layout for parametric belt

To enhance usability, I modified the design for creating belts of diverse dimensions. The layout change incorporates the plate() module, which can be customized by adjusting rows and columns. Although its size estimation may be slightly off, it provides a rough idea of the plate's dimensions; however, fixing this issue was not prioritized.
