Reversible, print-in-place hinge for 6mm printer enclosure doors

I had designed some hinges for my self-built printer enclosure, but the design was pretty awful. Squeaky, kept breaking, doors only opened 90°. So I set out to do better, and this is the result. This hinge is reversible, so it fits top and bottom, left and right. It prints in one piece, with minimal supports on the print bed. Let it cool down all the way before trying to move it, it takes some force to get it going, but after about 20 times of back and forth mine are moving quite smoothly and with minmal play. Fits 6mm thick Polycarbonate or Plexiglass sheets (nominal thickness 5,9 mm). EDIT I forgot to upload the washer. This is for people who want to mount these flush to a surface. You only need one on the mounting side obviously. I've got 3mm plywood underneath my hinges, so I don't need it. But if you do need it, this is for you. EDIT 2: I also broke a hinge while working it loose. What I found really helps is taking an Exacto knife and working it between the layers where the two parts meet. That's where the sticking occurs. I only needed to pry a little to hear the layers separating, and from there it was a breeze.
