A single, freestanding Whiteboard 3D model boasts a polygonal mesh and non-overlapping UV layout map. Included materials and PBR textures cater to the whole object. This production-ready model is customizable via editable textures using provided non-overlapping UV layout maps and diffuse (albedo) textures. Each object, material, or texture has a unique, descriptive name. The model was created in Blender 3D (Cycles materials) and 3D Studio MAX 2012 (V-Ray Adv 2.30.02), then exported to other formats. Promo images include renders using Cycles for Blender 3D, V-Ray Adv 2.30.02 for 3DS MAX 2012, and more. Formats included are 3DS, FBX, OBJ, and Unity package with Metallic Workflow Standard Shader materials and textures. The model consists of one object with PBR material provided in various formats, including Blender Cycles, 3D Studio MAX V-Ray scenes, and Unity package. It features non-overlapping UV layout maps and image textures at 2048x2048 resolution, made with Substance Painter 2. Constructed of quads only, it contains 19576 vertices and 19200 quad faces (38400 tris), and follows real-world dimensions with a uniform scale object. Note that textures are stripped in the 3DS MAX scene, while an HDR Environment Texture Image for main renderings is not included.
