thingiverse
This is a B2D Remixed to fit the Cultivate 3D Beast V2! Changes/Additions: - Outlet and inlet fittings reversed - A shelf on the outlet for a filament out sensor added - 48 tooth pulley shaft moved 0.5mm on middle frame and top mount to tighten belt - Curved version of Bowden exit fitting created to line up exit with stock Bowden tube inlet - Continuous Bowden tube, may require drilling Bowden fitting Hardware kit available here: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/3D-Printer-parts-Dual-Wheel-PLA-Printed-Extruder-Newest-Feeder-For-DIY-UM2-Ultimaker-2-Extended/32907170078.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.27424c4drbhkqr Update 1: - Added flanges and rib to Bowden Exit (Bowden_Exit_175_Reversed_V2). The original part would flex a little during retractions, so it has been reinforced. Also made it so Bowden tube does not go all the way through, instead it goes most of the way through and is held captive, preventing movement during retractions. Update 2: - A tension adjuster was added to stepper belt. Parts with many retractions could loosen the belt and increase noise, but now there is a precise way to tension the belt. There is now a nut recess in the middle frame and an angled section to the base to insert an M3 screw through, ensuring that bolts do not bottom out in the stepper. The base was also made 1.5mm thicker to accommodate M3 bolts included in parts kit, and a flange on middle frame was slightly widened for greater range of adjustment. Parts added: Frame_Middle_Tens_Adj & Frame_Base_Tens_Adj Update 3: - A new bearing connector with two flanges was designed to replace the original. The bearing connector is sized to accept 16mm screws, eliminating bending and side loads on bearings from filament, which caused it to break after a year. Holes were also added for nuts in the frame top for the bowden exit.
