This needs to be set in the G-Code to COOL DOWN 5 degrees at each state. From 235 to 215 degrees, make a steady adjustment. A brief pause may also be necessary to allow the hot end to cool down completely. M109 R Wait for Hot End Temperature - Note that using 'R' instead of 'S' will trigger a cool down cycle. There is a crucial 1mm inside thickness to the base that requires an additional layer height adjustment. The sections following the initial 1mm base height will have their temperature settings changed at 10mm intervals.
