Reverse corner clamp Fixed Slider 90° and 120°
thingiverse
Update: I've added a redesigned 120° Slider and the 120° stopper from the original design. Some parts where missing from the files so the Slider could not be mounted. I attached the slider to the Block in a fixed position and added fillets (rounded corners) for nicer handling. (sharp corner version is also attached) Its basically what https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4618969 did, but his slider is off center and skewed. This one is rebuild from scratch und should work fine. I printed the Slider Block upside down without supports with slight bridging errors but function should not be affected. Needed parts for assembly: Hardware needed: 1 threaded rod M8 x 130mm 3 nuts M8 1 M5 x 50mm (I recommend using a Philips head screw) 1 M5 nuts I suggest placing a washer or nut in the receptable of the slider to limit wear. PS: Printing it at 50% results in a really nice small version for M4 rods and nuts. Jaw width is still 29mm and height 17mm. It fits nicely for Plywood and Acrylic builds
