Reverse Bowden Mount for Anycubic Mega S

<p>This is a <strong>reverse bowden mount</strong> for the <strong>Anycubic Mega S with a direct drive extruder</strong>.&nbsp;</p><p>Its purpose is to easily get your filament from the side of the printer to the print head without too much friction, e.g. in an enclosure etc.</p><p>It is designed to use a <strong>PC4-M10 push fitting</strong> to hold the bowden tube in place. You simply screw it into the top of the mount, self-tapping its thread.</p><p>Use <strong>two M4x12 screws</strong> to fasten it to your printer where the bowden extruder initially was.</p><figure class="image image-style-align-center image_resized" style="width:50%;"><img src="https://media.printables.com/media/prints/159409/rich_content/98d15878-93a2-4a94-9fe7-d1befe8870af/reverse_bowden.jpg#%7B%22uuid%22%3A%228fbc86e9-1894-4e26-aee7-0fd70f73efb2%22%2C%22w%22%3A450%2C%22h%22%3A450%7D"></figure><p>I use a clear tube with an outer diameter of 4mm and an inner diameter of 3mm to minimize the friction that the extruder has to overcome.&nbsp;</p><p>You might want to fasten the bowden tube to your wire harness.</p><p>Printable without supports in the standard orientation of the STL. You might want to add a brim due to the small contact area with the bed.</p><p>I've printed it in PETG with 4 perimeters and 40% infill.</p><p>If you want to print it in another material, you might need to adjust the scaling due to material shrinkage. 100.5% for ABS should be fine, I have not tested it though.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
