I wanted a reverse bowden tube to accompany my filament so my Delta could be as compact as possible. BOM: M5 Countersunk screw, x length M5 shim, to space the ballbearing and mounting surface M5 nut 22mm OD, 8mm ID ball bearing ~11.5mm HDD bearing, I acquired mine from an old SAMSUNG disk Bowden tube coupling, whose size I'm afraid I've forgotten Print the two parts and assemble the components; it should be clear what to do. How I Created This I created the parts in TinkerCAD, as I wanted to test it out for some kids' educational purposes.
