Revell Nano Fun blade cover
thingiverse
Having printed the Nano Quad Blade Guard from Thingiverse, I noticed a size difference with my Revell Nano Fun. As resizing made no sense, I decided to build this one from scratch. Edit: The blade housing fitting was too tight. I uploaded a new design with 8mm spacing. Edit2: I specified a diameter of 8mm and got 7.5mm in the print. Still work to be done. Edit3: After learning about slicers and precise inner diameters, I realized there's an issue. You can either fiddle with settings to get precise inner but unprecise outer diameters or plan a larger inner diameter to achieve the desired one. I've provided both options for you: 8.0mm inner diameter for tweaked settings and 8.4mm. Finally, the 8.4mm version fits perfectly.
