The original gear was loose on the shaft due to numerous crashes, making it impossible to secure it any longer. However, a replacement 94-tooth, 1.6 pitch gear and hub resolved this issue efficiently. To install, simply place the hub within the gear, add the bearing to the hub (which provides a snug fit), slide on the shaft, and fasten it to the Revell RC Coaxial Big One Pro helicopter's shaft. Initially, ensure a smooth first run as the gear requires some break-in period. Post this phase, the helicopter will fly exceptionally well. Be cautious while 3D printing the gear; avoid extra shells since these minuscule teeth need to be filled with plastic for optimal performance. Skeinforge may encounter issues if you include additional shells.
