Hi! I use Revell Aqua Colour paints to bring my models to life and had amassed a decent collection of paints over time. The need for a convenient storage solution prompted me to design and laser cut a custom paint rack that would keep everything organized. I created this design specifically for Revell Aqua Colour, but it surprisingly fits the Tamiya round pots as well, making it potentially useful for other applications too. Each shelf measures 36mm in depth and 360mm in length. The design features four shelves and a spacious bottom storage bin. With each shelf capable of holding ten paints, this paint rack can accommodate a total of forty paints. The bottom bin area offers additional space for up to twenty extra paints, as well as other essentials like weathering kits, paint brushes, or any other supplies you might need. This design is optimized for 3mm material and works equally well with plywood, MDF, acrylic, or similar materials.
