I could not get the lower chamber to print without breaking when I removed it from the bed. Maybe it was the filament or the settings. Tried everything. So I reinforced the lower chamber fins and cutout the slots in the lower chamber inner to allow it to slide in. The reinforcement cannot be seen at all when assembled so it looks the same. This was much easier to print. I printed the pieces in the right colors, assembled, then coated it with XTC-3D which bonded everything together very well and gives a nice smooth shiny finish. If I were to do it again I would do a little more sanding and be a little more careful applying the XTC-3D. It was my first time working with it so I did not really know what I was doing. Cool stuff tho.
