Revamp of jamesmay4847's Ratchet Spool

I give all credit for this concept to jamesmay4847. I printed James' original design, but it fell short in thickness due to my intention to store ratchet straps in my car. The need for a bearing on each spool added another layer of complexity. To overcome these issues, I recreated the concept with a more robust and simpler design that's easier to print and assemble. This version is tailored for a 15' 1" strap of the thinner type, specifically the big box variety. If you'd like to modify the size or any other aspect, I've uploaded the .ipt files for Autodesk Inventor so you can make those changes.
