I designed these precision-engineered pulley covers to ensure that the string stays securely in place on the Pulleys for the FTC Lift. They are specifically crafted to fit the REV robotics 15mm extrusions, which demand high accuracy and reliability. To achieve optimal results, it is essential to print these covers at their highest setting possible due to the very tight tolerances involved. Each cover features a stabilizing tab that keeps them upright, allowing you to easily thread the string onto the pulley before placing it into the cover. Finally, simply attach the assembled pulley and cover unit to the extrusion for a reliable and efficient system.
