Rev pulley case
thingiverse
We utilize these pulley cases across all our Rev slides. These cases have been employed for prototypes during both the Res-Q season and the Velocity Vortex season, as well as on our robot for the Relic Recovery season. The assembly process is straightforward, requiring only a few components for each pulley: One 3D printed part is needed per pulley. In addition to this part, two long M3 screws are required, along with two small M3 washers that must be compact enough not to touch the outer ring of the bearing. To assemble these cases, you simply screw everything together with the pulley on the inside and one washer surrounding each pulley.
