Human: optimized for 0.8 mm nozzle Mask I tested all available printable respirators and collected feedback to create the best mask possible. This design solves most issues I encountered, with a shape that fits most people. To ensure a comfortable fit, I included several sizes (S, M, L). However, I still recommend heating up the edge with a hairdryer and molding it to your face. Strap + Clip To prevent touching of the mask or hair while putting it on, use a sewing elastic band and the clip, as seen in the picture. This simple solution makes all the difference. Filter The filter material must be at least 50 x 65 mm (0.3 mm thick) / 2'' x 2 1/2'' (1/64'' thick). The filter itself seals the cap. I recommend using pieces of medical face masks, which are available in various sizes and thicknesses. Vacuum cleaner bags can also be used, but make sure they contain no harmful materials. The denser layer should face the wearer, and the edges shouldn't be exposed to them. Sterilization wrap is a similar material to medical face masks, but in a bigger format. Two layers or more of 100% cotton cloth are a safe alternative. Window weather stripping can also be used, but may cause skin irritations. How-to I included a manual for the end user to ensure easy assembly and use of the mask. Cap The filter frame can be customized according to your needs. Check out this link for more information: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4364634
