REUSABLE FACIAL MASK RESPIRATOR FRAME COVER

first off all This design is not mine. I got it from here. https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/tool/reusable-facial-mask-frame all credits go to the designer, i only make it easier to print on FDM printer, if you got a SDM printer use his design i included the file mask_inner_piece_size_l_support_only to decrease the amount of support materials needed to print this. i changed the design of the Mask cover A to include tabs to hold the inner piece in place i 'm using simplify3d so i dont know how to do this for the other slicers but here are the steps import into simplify3d the mask_inner_piece_size_l_support_only and mask_inner_piece_size_L select both and go to edit >> Align selected models origin, now they will line up select both and go to edit >> Group selection, now they will be grouped double click on the part, a menu will open on the right, go down to change rotation and rotate x rotation minus (-) 90 degree. open your process, go to the advanced setting >> thin wall behavior >> change internal thin wall type to allow single extrusion fill and close the popup make a second process by duplicating your first one. open the second process, go to the advanced setting >> thin wall behavior >> change external wall type to allow single extrusion wall down in the popup is a button "select models" click on it and select mask_inner_piece_size_l_support_only and click OK and close the popup open the first process, go down to "Select models and select mask_inner_piece_size_L a skirt is needed for this, settings what i use are: skirt outlines: 7 skirt layers: 1 skirt offset: 0 (needs to be attached to part for stability during printing) dont forget to put support where there are overhangs if you do import parts you need to add them to process 1 (step 9) scaling down 10% will change size from L to M or XL if your scaling 10% up scaling down 20% will make it S size if you import the A outter part, rotate this - 73 degrees on the x axis, you only need support material at the underside try to rotate the inner piece to reduce more of the support pilars
