Human: 3D Printed Face Shield for COVID-19 Emergency by Garageeks (www.garageeks.com) This Personal Protective Equipment, although untested, has been designed with input from the Varese Hospital in Lombardy, Italy. Build Materials: * ABS is used for structure. * PET is used for transparent sheet. Reusable through isopropanol cleaning. Included STEP file for modifications. It can be printed on any FDM printer with a bed size of at least 22 x 12 cm. Print time with 0.3mm layer: 45 minutes per head part, one hour for the visor and bridges. Required Materials: * Five M3 screws measuring six millimeters each (similar to those used for screwing DVD burners into desktop PCs). * Two M4 screws measuring twelve millimeters each. * Two washers. * One Plexiglas sheet or similar material, 30x33cm in size, with a thickness of 0.25mm. * Twenty centimeters of adhesive neoprene strip for better comfort. * Ten centimeters of elastic to be fixed on the back after making a couple of holes.
