<p>I reinforced the head so it is plenty strong as a light duty cable tie. I included the parametric fusion file so you can customize the length further if needed. Let me know how it works for you!</p><ul><li>0.2mm layer height seems to be the sweet spot</li><li>I have been using 3DPrintLife Pro-PLA for years now and I can't recommend enough.&nbsp;<ul><li>Prints like butter</li><li>As strong if not stronger than any Amazon PETG I have used (and has testing data on website)</li><li>Resists moisture and has a longer shelf life than any other filament I have used (I just finished a random color that has been sitting in my closet for 1.5years and printed like new)</li></ul></li></ul>
