I was interested in the Reuleaux Tetrahedron. You can find in the internet information in many places: i.e. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reuleaux_tetrahedron

Also here is an interesting video:

<oembed url="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bNr6yQPItjM"></oembed>

Also many models are available. There are also discussions about the correctness of the model presented here. Anyhow this is an easy design and easy to print.

For everyone who wants to experiment, or need to have the design for a tetrahedron, I added the Fusion 360 file.

I have cut the model so it becomes printable.

UPDATE:

Of course the model doesn't have to be “solid”. So I modified the model. However to get an acceptable result you need supports, what makes the printing even more time consuming and even needs more material.

I suggest you print the “solid” and reduce the infill to a minimum to save material.

Anyhow I have added the hollow models and Fusion file (V9).

I have designed in three small holes where you can put in short pieces of filament to align the parts when gluing together. These small holes will be off when you scale the model in the slicer. Therefor when you want a different size, modify it in the Fusion360 design.

When you are interested in a much nicer printable model have a look here:

<oembed url="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8wPu2Y4hk6A"></oembed>
