RetroPie portable arcade
thingiverse
This was my first-ever Fusion360 design. Yes, it's a large project, but it fits perfectly on my Ender 400xl. Each half measures 200mm by 300mm, and they print flat on their big face. The front prints without any supports needed, while the back requires some support to hold its shape. To make removal easier, I suggest using tree-shaped supports. Since parts attach to both faces, I printed at 100% infill density. This uses almost a whole spool of filament for both halves combined. I used a DROK DC-DC buck converter and 5v audio amplifier board in this project. The speakers are from a Dell AC511 soundbar, and they sound fantastic despite their small size. A RaspberryPi is held securely in place with self-adhesive velcro. With the 5.2Ah battery on board, I estimate it should last around six hours on a single charge.
