RetroPie Arcade Cabinet

thingiverse

This retro-futuristic arcade cabinet is built from high-grade birch wood and designed specifically for two players. Drawing inspiration from Swedish designer Love Hulten's work and classic 60s stereo cabinets, the design features a Brooklyn artist Shayna Hawkins created art piece. The arcade system operates on Raspberry Pi 2 - Model B hardware and utilizes RetroPie along with Emulation Station to deliver an immersive experience. The system can be loaded up with thousands of popular games from old arcades to recent consoles like the NES and Playstation 1. Additionally, the patterns and colors of the buttons can be customized and adjusted instantly. A video showing it in action is available here - https://instagram.com/p/63V4YRPORq/.
