Retroid Pocket 4 Pro Dock
thingiverse
I wanted to make a simple dock for my Retroid Pocket 4 Pro to take with me on the road. I used a usb-c to HDMI cable to keep it simple. This was designed to fit the Retroid Pocket 4 Pro. I don't have other handhelds to verify if it works with other models, though I imagine it could. I made two recessed areas underneath where I put in some adhesive backed wheel weights from amazon to give it a bit of heft to add stability. These are probably optional, but I had some lying around and figured it couldn't hurt. I fixed the cable in place with some hot glue from the bottom. depending on your cable you may have too much or not enough room to pass the cable through the hole. I had to sand mine down a bit, but I have since enlarged it by about 1.5mm so it ought to fit the majority if not all cables at this point. My recommendation is to install the cable into the RP4P and then slide it back down into the dock. You don't need much hot glue as a bit of wiggle room at the top is fine. You just need enough that it doesn't get pushed down when you place the device in the dock. overall I am very happy with this design! Enjoy!
