Retrofit trim cap for Harken MK2 furler
prusaprinters

This is a replacement i designed for the worn out trim cap on top of the Harken MKII furler. It consist of two halves so that it can be fitted without the need to disassemble the furler system.

A strong adhesive or epoxy is needed to join the halves together. I used Bison plastic epoxy with good results. The photo is after one year of intensive testing.

Print both parts upside down.

Use a very tough UV resistant filament.

I had good experience with Colorfabb HT.
