I retrofitted front foglights on my miata. I only had a rear foglight switch - so i made this one! It uses push switches (push=ON, push again=OFF) - you may need to drill the holes to fit your switches. I used B7000 glue to stick button covers on to switches and white nail polish to bring out the foglights logos.
