I've designed a case inspired by the Commodore64 in onShape. It's tailored to the components that I had but the original model is [available here](https://cad.onshape.com/documents/80e01cd12a0ca72c4c372f20/w/40e9f5b70f60eed0ab4a3c9c/e/7c0013071da6ad39b4b9c05e) and I'm including all the STEP files so you should be able to make the modifications you need. The case should work with any solder-in switch 65% PCB. I've made a quick video with the build process if you are interested https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p1MZT-Lpk3k And a quick write up [on my blog](https://matt3o.com/building-a-commodore-64-inspired-keyboard/) with additional information. I know it's not a print-and-forget kind of deal but I thought there's some value in it and wanted to share the model. I've included a cut in half version for smaller printers but it's not tested, I've printed the all in one but you need a quite big printer (380mm wide at least). Have fun and share your make if you are adventurous enough to print it.
