Retro Television
thingiverse
This sci-fi retro television adds a touch of entertainment to our space adventure; however, it might confuse kids as they may not recognize it as a TV due to its vintage design. It's a 1:18 scale model that requires careful printing and assembly. If you have only one color filament, print all pieces at once using the Print Plate. In case of multiple colors, print the body, base & bits, and screen separately, switching filaments between each print. Assemble with glue or acetone. I used a standard print-o-matic profile on my ToM, with 20% infill and one extra shell. The overhangs in some pieces call for an additional shell as it reduces printing time. Legs and antenna are sturdy and the model can be printed at 75% of its original size without compromising quality.
