Retro Rocket
thingiverse
My daughter created an incredible rocket design inspired by a Father's Day card she gave me, with a retro twist. To enhance its aesthetic appeal, I updated the model to make the rivets larger. They were originally small due to limitations in printer resolution. Here are some assembly instructions: Building this rocket is a straightforward process. However, one thing needs attention: Remove the three thin cylinders printed through the fin apertures on the main body. These protrusions exist solely for facilitating a successful print by preventing warping as they diminish in size. Thinner structures can occasionally falter because the previous layer doesn't have sufficient time to cool down before new layers are deposited, resulting in blurred lines and poor prints.
