Retro Nexus System V2.25
myminifactory
The RNS V2.25 is powered by a Raspberry Pi 3 B+ that's been overclocked to 1500Mhz using a 5v cooling fan and a 32GB Micro SD card for storage - any storage from 8GB upwards will work just fine too. BEWARE: Overclocking your Pi can totally wreck it and void any warranty, so you're on your own if you decide to do it! If you do overclock, active cooling is an absolute must! The OS is Retropie 4.4, which is built upon Raspian Stretch Lite. This design is way simpler than the previous model, with better heat ventilation and much shorter printing times. The large front vents across the top were inspired by the Atari 2600's horizontal ribs. Changes have been made to the previous design: the heat ventilation locations are different, they're elongated and wider, and the console's base stand has been removed because it kept tipping over easily. Now the PCB mounting plate is also the base. This makes it a lot easier to plug in the HDMI and power supply. You'll need a Bluetooth or USB connected controller, plus a Keyboard and Mouse to use Retropie. As of December 2018, Retropie has an experimental package that lets you stream Steam games like the Steam Link.
