Retro House Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created using Sketchup 8 and subsequently converted to all other 3D formats. The native format is .skp, while 3ds Max scene uses 3ds Max 2016, rendered with Vray 3.00. Noticeably, the massive stone chimney dominates this little retro bungalow house. Like any retro house, it boasts a large picture window in front, where two bottom sections open and the upper plate does not. This house is my personal favorite, though I'm unsure exactly why. Perhaps its marked status as a 2-bedroom, coupled with the potential use of the back room as its third bedroom, resonates with me. Or maybe it's the master bedroom's dual closets and private toilet that I find appealing. The built-in bookcase in the great room is another possible factor. The combination of a living/dining area and a single room might also contribute to my fondness. Alternatively, it could simply be the house's distinctive blue-ish appearance. You may never know, nor may I. The dining room is located beside the sliding glass door, while basement access is available from the kitchen. The kitchen contains a small breakfast table against the window. Back room possibilities include bedroom, office, entertainment, or other uses.
