Retro Gamepad

thingiverse

A retro gamepad I'm designing, to be used with an Arduino Uno and UnoJoy. I'm using the standard PS style thumbstick as the controller and 4x pushbutton. The plan is to have the arduino itself held in a separate container close to the PC and then connect that to the gamepad via network cable or similar (depending on how many wires I end up needing) to keep the size and weight down in the controller itself. Further revisions may include all the hardware in the shell instead, and I am also experimenting with some form of wireless connection. Will upload schematics and code once I've done some more work. I've included the Sketchup file if you need to make any changes for your own hardware or want to change tolerances.
