It is necessary to have a very good adhesion in your 3D printer for the first layers, you can use brim for ensure the bed adhesion, and can be printed without supports. I recommend using 0.8mm nozzles for this print, I made this print with a 0.6mm nozzle and 0.5mm Layer Height but you can modify the layer height for the quality you want, and if you wish you can use 0.4mm nozzle.
