Sometimes I just can't stop tweaking things. To keep my files section clean, I've decided to open up this space for modifications I might make.\r\n\r\nOriginal thing: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3014572\r\n\r\n<b>Remember: This thing is called "mods" - so I don't recommend anything in here for first-time builders of the original clock.</b>\r\n\r\n<b>Number 1:</b>\r\nThicker versions of the base and center frame parts are available. If you're like me, you'll appreciate these thicker front surfaces that let you print some kind of infill open to see before moving on to solid layers. I often tend to print infill with a honeycomb pattern because it's better than not 100% perfect surfaces through a damaged PEI sheet or anything.\r\n\r\nNew diffusers are also added, making them slightly taller than the originals and protruding from the front. This gives better diffusion and a slight 3D look. \r\n\r\nUsing modified thick frames with original diffusers will work, but the diffusers will be inset about 1mm, making it trickier to mount. Using modB diffusers with the original frame will also work, but assembling them is very tricky as you can't lay down the frame on a table or they'll get pushed in. This isn't recommended for beginners...
