This simple clamp prevents the Bowden tube from shifting in and out as the extruder changes direction, improving retraction by limiting tube movement. A 5mm by 25mm bolt does the trick - it doesn't need to be super tight, just enough to hold the tube in place. Note that I've found this to be a problem with my tube connector, but this fix has worked for me. If you're experiencing issues with your Bowden tube moving back during retraction, check to see if this is the culprit. This solution has been working well for me so far.
