Retractable stock adapter for Hi-Cappa style airsoft pistol

This creation is a stock adapter for Hi-Cappa style airsoft pistols. It attaches to the underside rail and has a built in stock that is retractable and mounting locations for rails. This design is made up of three 3-d printable parts (the mount, the stock butt, and 2x locking plates), two .5"x.125"x16" aluminum bars, 4x #4-40 x 3/16" set screws, 2x e-clips for 1/4" OD rods, and 5/8"L x 3/8" OD light duty spring. The mount is attached to the underside rail of a Hi-Cappa with a friction fit. if a more secure fit is needed then adding a set screw to the bottom would help. The length of the aluminum bars can be adjusted to your desire, I did 16" for my set up. You'll need to drill and tap a hole on each end of each rod. The stock side hole is centered 3/8" from one end and the adapter side hole is centered 3/4" from that end. Installation: Install the lock plates into the adapter with the long posts going through the top hole and the short tab going into the bottom hole. Place springs over the long posts and secure with the e-clips. Install adapter onto the pistol with the locking holes oriented toward the back. Insert the aluminum bars into the stock and secure with a set screw or 4-40 screw of your choice. Insert both ends from the back. Push in the lock tabs and insert the bars into the adapter from the back. Push through to the other side and install 3/16" long #4-40 set screws (1 each) into the ends of the aluminum bars with the ends of the set screw protruding from each side equally.
