Original tool design and blog article. (Thanks to Paoson Woodworking for permitting this version!)Here are the casters - they work great, but the gear is a little awkward to move by hand. This design makes it at least 10 times easier. There are a variety of similar casters of this type now available, hopefully this will work on all of them.Carefully snap together the pieces using a socket wrench or clamps. If the hooks happen to break, no problem, just remove them and glue pieces together with CA glue.Print at .2mm height with no support. I used PLA+ at 40% infill, PETG would work even better.
