retractable lanyard mount

was looking all over thingiverse for a mount for my retractable lanyard for my X gantry/hotend wires couldnt find anything... was going to try modding a filament guide but this ended up being a much simpler solution. it uses a single m5 screw and m5 T-nut to mount to an extrusion.
