Retractable Clothes Rod
thingiverse
I purchased several shirts over the weekend, all requiring air drying. Unfortunately, I lacked an ideal location for hanging them; ideally, I'd have a clothes rod similar to those found in closets. To save money and achieve a neat appearance, I decided to create my own makeshift drying solution. By printing two copies of the required parts and obtaining a 1" rod, I screwed the shoulder to the wall, inserted a bolt through the hinge, and secured the rod into the bar holder using screws or glue. Lastly, I attached a spring to the bottom of the arm and top of the shoulder, completing the project.
