Retractable Bicycle Mirror Holder

This is a simple bicycle mirror mount for the left side of my bicycle. (print the parts mirrored for the right side) Has a ball-joint behind the mirror that can be used to set the perfect mirror angle and lock it in forever. It has a spring-loaded joint at the base that lets you deploy and retract the mirror without loosing the mirror angle setting. Uses two M3x12mm screws in the clamp and two M3x20mm screws with nylock nuts for locking the mirror and as a tie-rod to the spring. The assembly is made of one ball, one spring, one arm, and one clamp. The arm comes in six different elevation settings between the six positions of the retraction joint. The clamp comes in 10 different angles that determine how far behind the handle-bars mirror arm angles. The clamp is designed for 22mm handlebars. The ball screws onto mirrors that attach via one M6 stud with 10mm nut. ( for example https://www.amazon.com/Sunlite-Bicycle-Mirror-Yellow-Reflector/dp/B000AO9Q42 ) To assemble, snap the ball into the arm. It's a tight fit, but didn't break my prints in PLA+. The hole in the arm for the spring screw has a one layer skin so that it bridges properly. This needs to be cut out before assembly. The retraction joint then assembles on to a M3x20mm screw in the following order, clamp, arm, spring, nylock nut. Both nylock nuts are in hexagonal pockets so a single 2.5mm Allen key should be all the needed tools. You can print most of the parts with default "draft" settings without support but the spring should be printed solid by increasing the perimeters. (i.e. 8 or 9 perimeters) The spring is also best to print in a high temperature material as it will creep slower than PLA so hold tension for longer. I printed mine in PETG.
