Four 'pump slide rail' pieces must be glued into the Dremeled barrel to ensure a smooth slide. Significant cutting of the dart gate is necessary. To achieve good tolerance in the breech, simply heat up 17/32 brass or aluminum and push it into the barrel; this will create a tight seal.\r\nThe plunger and plunger rod need to be screwed together and sealed somehow (I used Blu Tack over the screws), and the indent on the plunger head is for padding. Complete Dremeled cutting of the plunger tube area, leaving some plastic to guide the catch, is required.\r\nThree M3 countersunk screws are needed for the plunger head.\r\nFive M3 countersunk screws are required for the top rail to attach to either side of the top slide.\r\nSome faux barrel fits over the scar.\r\nA custom-made plunger is necessary. \r\nA 20cm length of 8mm rod is required.\r\nA Picatinny foregrip will be needed.\r\nSTEP files are now available.
